In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph.modern" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at phmodern.club, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of ph.modern.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph.modern platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on ph.modern following successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility to use the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on the ph.modern platform.

By accessing the ph.modern platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ph.modern platform and close your Account if one has been created.

ph.modern reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on ph.modern, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ph.modern strictly enforces this age restriction and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC verification process.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ph.modern is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph.modern, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ph.modern or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ph.modern reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph.modern may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on ph.modern. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

ph.modern will conduct KYC verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested

ph.modern reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph.modern will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ph.modern accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at ph.modern's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. ph.modern does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• ph.modern reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to verification. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three (1–3) business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.

ph.modern reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account Balance in cases where fraud, a breach of these Terms, or a technical error is suspected. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to respond.

ph.modern offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ph.modern promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. ph.modern reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• ph.modern reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by Players.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

All games available on the ph.modern platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

ph.modern uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by ph.modern or any third party.

Live casino games on ph.modern are streamed from licensed studios with real dealers. These games are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, ph.modern's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection, and the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ph.modern's server, the server record shall be the definitive record for all purposes. ph.modern's decision on any game dispute is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph.modern platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or under a false identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ph.modern platform or any game software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph.modern staff, support agents, or other Players
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location

ph.modern is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among our Players. We provide a range of tools and resources to help Players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible directly from the Account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session at set intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing, during which they will be unable to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from ph.modern may request self-exclusion through the Account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

ph.modern will not knowingly allow a Player who has self-excluded to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek support from qualified professionals.

All content on the ph.modern platform, including but not limited to the ph.modern name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph.modern or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph.modern platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from ph.modern
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content
• Use any ph.modern trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform

Any unauthorized use of ph.modern's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph.modern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ph.modern does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

ph.modern's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph.modern's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph.modern collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph.modern will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the platform, and with regulatory authorities as required by law. Full details of our data practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.

ph.modern reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ph.modern will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph.modern platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute, unless the amended Terms expressly provide otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph.modern operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
